Lostenly is designed to work with minimal twitch and spotify permissions. Data collected is purely to make the bot work. Your data is never sold or used in any other way.
For Twitch:
channel:manage:redemptions : To be able to create a reward
channel:read:redemptions : To be able to read when a reward is being redeemed
channel:bot : To allow Lostenly to be in your chat
chat:read : Read the chat for commands
channel:manage:broadcast : Edit game category and set title
For Spotify:
user-read-playback-state : Check if user is currently using Spotify
user-modify-playback-state : Allows Pausing/Resuming songs
user-read-currently-playing : Get Information for current song
user-read-playback-position : Get Information on current playlist
streaming : Allow playback control
user-read-recently-played : Get the last played songs
To remove the bot simply login with twitch and press the "Remove Bot" button found on the homepage.
If you want to revoke twitch bot access. Head over to https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections find "Lostenly" and click on "Disconnect".
To delete all of your data, log in go to your Profile and click delete data. You will be redirected and asked if you are sure as this action is permanent.
To remove Spotify access simply go to https://developer.spotify.com/dashboard and delete the APP you created for Lostenly.
To add Lostenly bot to your channel, simply click "Login with Twitch" authorize the bot. Once connected click on "Add Bot" on the Homepage.
Yes and no. Lostenly lets you customize the prefix with which commands can be called upon. You also have the possibility to change if a command is active or not and by which Twitch role it can be used Default / VIP / Moderator or just Broadcaster.

You need a Twitch account with streaming capabilities. The bot works with all types of Twitch accounts - Affiliate, Partner, or regular streamers. No additional software installation is required as everything runs through our cloud infrastructure.
Yes, Lostenly continues to moderate your chat even when you're offline, ensuring your community stays safe and engaged. You can configure which features remain active during offline periods through the dashboard settings.
